Perfect and gorgeous,
Love is everywhere;
Impaired and tarnished,
It overcomes all odds,
For any imperfection that could ever arise
Is overcome by the sheer abundance
Of good, everywhere to be found.
You can see it in snow,
You can see it in rain;
There is always a light at the end
Of the tunnel that plagues your mind,
That you may reach for that light,
And it will come to you,
For when love fills your heart,
What is there that you can't do?
With all self-control and a proper course,
Love does nothing to impair,
Only breaks down these walls;
Can you even wait for that blessed day,
When love just fills us all?
