"Love is like a rubber band. When one person lets go, it hurts the other person who is still holding on."

Two different worlds
Me and you
From clouds of gray
To skies of blue
Making magic
Can be very hard
Unless you have
The chosen card
Two different lives
You and me
From big cities
To tall pine trees
Saying I love you
Has a tongue of it's own
With rainbows, guns
And things unknown
Two different views
Him and thy
From imagination
To the naked eye
Black is the day
As white is the night
Kiss me in between
Where things feel right.

this peice is about real love. even if you and your lover have different friends and different lives entirely, you both find a way to make it work.
