Missing You

Its been one day.
Seems like forever.
And it hurts me to say.
I don’t know how long, here I’ll be.

I’m missing you.
With your sweet angelic charm.
I miss the way you help me,
And lead me through.

I’m missing you.
The way you look at me.
As though nothing’s wrong,
And all is fine.

I’m missing you.
The way you care for me.
Tell me I’m perfect the way I am.
And tell me not to change.

I’m missing you.
I wish you were here,
To help me through.
But I know that,
Your in my heart.

This poem was written when I was in the hospital. It is dedicated to all of my friends, family, teachers and counselors. Those people have changed me for the better and will never be forgotten.
