Why am I so stupid?
How'd I let it get that far?
I thought for sure you loved me,
but boy, I sure thought wrong.
You lied to me, you cruel little jerk,
I just wish I hadn't fallen.
Maybe I shouldn't have even listened.
But being me, of course I did!
I just hope I don't do this again.
But being me, of course I will!
Because how can I resist?
