I look into the mirror
I see my reflection
I see a plain girl
with blue-green eyes
and brown hair
with freckles all over her face
She is looking at me
thinking of what to do with herself
sometimes she thinks
that she is loved by all
And other times
she is hated by all
And sometimes she she thinks
That there is no hope for her
and other times she feels
like she could lift mountains
and cure the common cold
sometimes she is a Renaissances woman
she has 2 halves
one positive one negative
The girl I see in the mirror
is a puzzling one
The girl I see is me
then I think
If i can't even figure myself out
how can i figure out the world
