The trust that was lost
The tears that came like rain
The infidelity that was there
How could he do that to me?
He said he cared
guess he lied
Now he's with her
Not with me
But she can keep him
As the old saying goes
"Once a cheater, always a cheater"
I guess old folks are wise
I wish I would have knew then what I know now...
knew how he was before the heartbreak,
before the tears, before him and her.
Now it's too bad
Cuz it's his loss, not mine
Hope he has a nice life without me
