The sun sets beautifully on another ordinary day
Its light shining on all the chaos of the world
Never giving up just taking a break only to shine again
Upon the many wars far and wide
The hostility between opposites with too much pride
Upon the bitterness flowing around out of mouths without thought
Giving light to the hopeless with no where to turn
Shinning on hearts who’d been broken and tears that fell
Yes, another ordinary day as the sun did not cease to show us its beauty
Darkening only to rise and awake again with a fresh bright start
To take on the world and bring light everywhere it should go
If only we could all be like the sun
Maybe there could be a ray of hope for this doomed world.
