Concealment and Pain
Day after day, I live through pain
When will it end?
Careful not to let them see,
I put on a smile when I'm in turmoil,
Still
Nothing.
No one seems to notice
Or care.
It hurts
But I'll carry on as I always have.
Maybe, Just maybe.
Soon someone will notice
And for once they'll actually care.
Tell me, what kind of world is it
That denies people love, a good life?
It's our world.
Is it even worth saving?
.
.
.
.
Am I?
