Winter
White predomines, a whispering breeze
Air dances white, holds an unbreakable peace
Coldness, can go through your skin, oppressing the senses
As you run with the wind, and over those snow covered fences
Warmth is your body, as I lay my shivery soul upon
As eternal winters unfold around us, covering
The world with its blanched veil, you are my sun
Melting down frosted reality into a heartwarming spring
Winter is stillness, where your touch inspirits emotions,
uprooting sense, untangles words with a sudden blithe
Reveals the land under the snow, in my hearts commotion,
when it awakes from hibernation, and longs to breathe
