Favorite Quote:
"Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, its about learning how to dance in the rain."

Come freshman day and all innocence is lost,
Cliques formed,
Insecurities revealed,
Looked upon by judging eyes,
The vicious world exposed,
Constrained by unspoken rules,
Defined by labels,
A creeping fear of embarrassment you can’t deny,
Magnified by hormones,
Seen from a distorted view,
Trying hard not to care,
Betrayal, backstabbing, and breakdowns,
Drama played out from a scene in a movie,
Blunt brutality and a harsh reality,
Introduced to a competitive world,
Fake smiles and brand-named clothes,
True intentions masked,
The pressure to conform,
The chance to rebel,
The pressure to be the same,
The chance to be unique,
No one to like and everyone to hate.

Teenagers are often trying so hard to be liked that they don't like themselves.
