life isnt measured by how many breaths we take, but rather by how many moments take our breath away...

When looking at all of existence,
My life seems like nothing but a speck.

But maybe there’s a way I can seem much bigger in the overall plot,

Maybe I could change the world.

Like Martin Luther King Jr. or George Washington

They have been gone for many years,

But still their legacies continue to this day.

But what could I do?

What do I have to contribute?

What is God’s plan for me?

I’m nothing but another spoiled girl from the 21st century.

Day after day I think to myself,

“What can I do today to benefit me?”

When the real question in my mind should be,

“What can I do today to benefit the WORLD???”

Our generation is spoiled and we only think of ourselves when most of us, if not all are must better off than many others in the world.
