Spring

Rosy pink blossoms kiss the crisp air.
The frozen grass unthawing, waving with the beat of spring.
The music of the birds chirping, a tune unheard for many months.
The golden rays peeking out from behind gray cotton balls,
Rabbits bounding out of their holes,
excited to greet the new day.
Spring has been missed,
but now it’s back,
fresh and budding with new opportunities,
New challenges,
And new memories to be made.
