A never-ending reminder
Of memories made
Of the words we said
And the games we played
The simple things
Like walks in the park
Not to mention the hardships
Me left crying alone in the shadows of the dark
No one can break
This symbol of our love
Representing our lives
The dreams no one could ever dissolve
We made this ring
We made this work
We deserve this memento
Because we've made it through all the hurt
This is my ring
My gift to you
For allowing me to be there
And for being there too
