The sound of your voice calms my mind;
Knowing you’re here by my side makes
Everything all right, the way you say my name
Makes me feel embraced, the way our hearts keep
The same constant paste and what’s best
Knowing nothing can break.
When we look at each other it feels as though the
Earth is standing still and time has stopped as though a sign
For the dead to live and the living to die.
For the cold to finally be hot and the hot to be cold
The left to be right and the right to stay right
For the kiss will never come and this will never happen.
