Lucid Dreams
Every night before I sleep
Lucid dreams of you run through my mind
We are laying next to each other in bed
Your arms are around me
This lucid dream feels so real I can barely breathe
But in the end I wake up
And your are a million and one thousand miles away
You live everyday at an eight
A constant numbing pain
I fear it will never leave you
When I cry
you cradle me like a child and tell me everything will be OK
When you cry
I try to do the same but you run away.
And you leave me with only the lucid dreams of you.
Are you afraid of me?
