I WILL do this
I walked a long road
Covered in dust and ash
The only sound that is made
Is the silent whispers of my footsteps
I look around and
See no one
Nothing
The trail i was once on offered
Safety and Comfort
How did i end up here?
I don't bother
To cry for help
No one is around to hear me
I must continue my journey
Down the black path i chose
Swallow my fear
Lift up my chin
I don't think about the
Chances
Of not making it out alive
Because i know
In the very core of my existance
I WILL do this
I WILL survive
