When you feel the depths of the darkness reach out to touch you
close your eyes
and breath in the light
and step back into your skin.
If your mind is clouded by the nightmares you have created, let them be the dark angels that push you to find your own wings of light.
Light shines its brightest in the darkest places.
Just let yourself go and find it.
