My heart is breaking
As I speak
This smile i'm faking
This life feels bleak

I'm hurting inside
And you don't care
It's hard to hide
But it's hard to share

I just don't know
What to do
This pain is slow
As it leaks through
My broken heart
So cracked
And blue

So as I lye here
Wide awake
This pain I fear
But this smile I still fake
