ANGER&RELIEF

Anger-
Furry and rage rushing through my body,
Heart pumping hate faster and faster through my veins.
So angry….barely able to breathe.
Trying to calm down….ISN’T working….WON’T!!
The feeling of utter desperation-unable to be shaken.
A world of darkness consumes my heart-world raging in front of me.
But I can’t shake it………
Relief-
After praying-you feel lighter.
Head feels full of air…almost like you’re floating.
“….and they shall mount up with wings as eagles…”-saith the Lord.
My heart is renewed; I almost smile.
With God, you can’t stay angry.
