Which One?

As I sit on this ledge
I see two ways to end this
This emotion
This anger
This sadness
I could jump off and plummet to the sharp rocks below
Or maybe
I could slide off, and land on the bed of flowers,
That smell sweet,
And inviting,
In all of its beauty.
This is me,
Always on this ledge
Where,
The sharp rocks beckon to me
And the flowers assure my safety.
Which one will I choose?
