Aroung and around it twists.
waving in and out through the crowd.
Don't they realize she's heard it?
Don't they realize it hurts?
Everywhere she goes, people know.
Whereever she turns, it's there.
How did it spread so fast, so far?
Who's heard?
Who believes?
She hangs her head in a loss.
There's nothing she can do to erase it.
There isn't a way to cure the pain.
It digs in deep,
Growing roots.
Some believe, some don't.
The question is who?
