Peace man
That’s what I say
If you wonder why
I will try and explain
That
I love the world and feel for its hurt
I feel for its pain
So I try and say
Peace man
If only we could
Escape
To a great land
Where
Nothing matters
Where boats can fly
Cars can swim
And guns shoot love
A place
Where color blind is a dominant gene so
Black white yellow brown and green
Can be seen
As one shade
Grey
Where time is nothing
So we can
Travel backwards on the
Breezy trade winds of nothing
To remove
All the bad we have done
Where eyes see nothing but one shape
Beauty
If I could make a machine
To turn fantasy into reality
I would
If I could
But I can’t
Not yes
So until then
We must come together to
Free this world from its
Hostilities
And make a dream
Become
Hope
Peace Man
That’s what I say
So if you agree or disagree
I don’t mind
Because I
Believe in
Peace Man

I watched the movie Malcolm X....great movie...really inspired me to write this poem. I'm not sure if it is all that great, but give me some feed back and tell me what you think. Thanks.
