I care, but not enough to prevent
I stand by and allow you to become a product
Not of your environment, but of your surroundings
What type of person would let you go to waste?
I allow you to fall and I don’t dare pick you up
Your once helping hand has now become a slap in the face
Why won’t I care? Why can’t I care?
The repetition in your actions won’t allow me to assist in your self destruction any longer
Fall on your own, but I won’t fall with you
I stand alone
Stand if you must
But I must stand alone.
