If it had not been for these things, I might have lived out my life talking at street corners to scorning men. I might have died, unmarked, unknown, a failure. Now we are not a failure. This is our career and our triumph. Never in our full life could we hope to do such work for tolerance, for justice, for man's understanding of man as now we do by accident.
~Bartolomeo Vanzetti

I wish I was a flower
Roots, leaves, petals and all
Growing in the fields and blowing in the wind
The forest running between my toes
While the trees protect my fragile body
This is a dandelion love affair
The physical embodiment of smiles and sun
I wish I was a flower for all to love.

"She was fascinated with words. To her words were things of beauty, each like a magical powder or potion that could be combinded with other words to create powerful spells." From: Lighting(By: Dean Koontz)

I like this one to it flows better than outlaws, and again I love your concept. continues writing. Flow is something an author gains and gets better out the more they write.
