You can't forgive what can't be forgot. You can't release if it's locked up. You can't erase without a delete. Life is like the sun, doing things in its own time. Don't pretend it didn't happen, or that your perfect. Don't put up a wall that you won't allow anyoe to tear down. In order to forget, you must un-name it 'unforgettable'. So take your bad memory; cry about it, breath fresh air, write it down on paper and go outside and let it go. Release the hurt, and move on. It's for the best of everyone

I wrote this because I was going through tons of drama with people. I hate drana so I just let everything go. When I did,it felt like a weight had been lifted. I encourage everyone to let go of unwanted 'weight'.
