A Parent's White Lie
Lying should rarely be practiced,
 and when used with kids
it needs to be carefully planned
  with solid tactics.
However, when a child wants to believe,
then why must we tell the total truth
 and save the child grief.
 Zap! Their dreams are gone,
Santa, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy,
Without the use of one little white lie.
A sad little cute kid cries wondering o why?
 Their friend believes,
  but they were told
 the sad truth.
