Sometimes, we have off days.
Sometimes, we fight and

are too stubborn to see

what’s clearly right before us.
Sometimes, it seems as though

everything

that we fought so hard to keep,
is breaking

falling

apart.
We’re too stubborn,

We’re too difficult,

All of this is true.
But I guess in the end,

We’re still hanging on.
Because after all,

that’s love.

Well, I think the poem kind of speaks for itself in many ways. Sometimes, I find that when you have two people together who are too alike, their personalities clash, especially if both parties are strongly opiniated. That's why it's up to compromise to keep those special friends pulling through.
