Have you ever heard the saying
"Sticks and stones can break my bones but words will never hurt me?"
It's bulls--t.
These words are like silent whispers that follow me everywhere.
They break me down
until I can not move
These words are the reason
I can't love myself,
they are the reason
I f--king hate myself.
So for everyone
that ever said those
painful words to me,
Take them back
Because honestly...
I cant even live with myself.

This poem I wrote meant a lot to me. I think this is my best poem I've ever written. It speaks a lot about how I personally feel.
