A Kindness Taken to Heart
April 22, 2010
Solemn sits the man,
with his last penny he spends for the birds,
feeding the white doves of purity.
Yet it is he who is hungry,
he who is in pain,
but feeds, he, the white doves of purity.
And when he drew his final,
they gave him passage to heaven,
those white doves of purity.
The man took the outstretched hand of the doves of miracles.
