I chose to do what i felt was right for me.
It seems as if because of my actions im going to hell.
Do i cry?
Do i scream?
Run away from today?
After all this work, to try and please you and God.
God im doin all i think i can do and im sorry i just can't please You.
You talked to me once God,directly;
told me not to worry about the uncontrolable hype in my life.
Said You loved me
You wanted a better relationship with me; but it seems on our journey for me to become more a part of You.
The ones who are supposed to love me unconditionally; their hearts have turned blue.
Their eyes full of tears
Their arms can only fold.
They condemn me and tell me how You love me yet resent me.
Scriptures are steadily shoved down my throat.
Family ties are suddenly undone.
No, You did'nt say the journey would be fun.
But out of the multitude of anger and heads that swell.
Through all this work Lord...
All this hurt Lord?
I'm going to hell?
