Rolling Down Life
o think this life was left behind
and i kept falling down a hill
swept away by momentum, falls
and breath of morning sun disappears
behind the grassy knoll
the sweet white flowers
trampled by my body, roll roll
roll down this life like a hill
until the bottom comes like rest
sit there in the dirt
unable to move my tired weary body/life
will someone pass by me tonight?
when i lay unmoving in the dark
night comes passing swiftly
and
i lie here
