Favorite Quote:
Don't be a victim; be a titan.

What is war
But a battle lost
Long before it has even began?
What is war
But a bath of blood
That does not wash away the misery
But adds to it?
What is war
But a fool’s way
Of making a peace
That shall never
Last?
What is peace
But a protesting cry
A rally sign
A lost meaning?
What is peace
But the words scrawled
On the sidewalk
In chalk that will cry
At the first sight of rain?
What is peace
But a dream
For now
That comes to us
As we sleep
Blissfully unaware
And flawlessly content?

I wrote the "What is war" part in paragraph form on one of my state testing questions. I wrote it down in the book I brought with me because I thought I could use it someday, and here you have it!
