I turn on the radio
And reminisce fills my mind
It’s our song

The one we had our first kiss to
We were both trembling
But it was magic

I change the channel
Wishing I had chosen silence instead
It’s our song

The one I heard after our moment
You told me you loved me
It was something beautiful

I change the frequencies cross and switch
Sweet static won’t let me forget
It’s our song

The one that thrummed in my ears
After I tasted the sticky honeyed lie
I wanted to believe

I run through the stations
A clip of a familiar melody stands out
It’s our song

The one that was playing
When I turned into your driveway late
And saw her body held by yours

I turn the dial to repel the thoughts
My tune comes on
It’s our song

The one I listened to
And got over you
It’s my song
