Here I stand looking in,
The way the sun glows on your skin,
You’re truly beautiful in everyway,
It’s too bad you weren’t here to stay.
You’ve gone so long I sometimes forget,
That what we had did ever exist.
You chose a girl you don’t realize is so wrong,
But it’s too late because you’re gone.
So here I stand looking in,
And I hate the way she makes you grin,
I wish I could say what I really wanna say,
But now I can’t because you’ve gone away.
