breaking fall
I was having fun jumping as high as the sky
 The tramp was off center
 I got off…
 And
 Fell…

 Fell…

   Fell…

Hitting the hard, cold wet ground
 With a loud bang
 I laid there and knew
I was going to be in the hospital that night

 I walked home
With the girl I was jumping with
 Slow and in pain
 She rang the doorbell
 And my mom screamed

My arm was DANGILING like a piece of thread
 We called my dad
 No answer…
 Called my sisters
 No answer…

 My mom was in panic
 We got in the car
 And drove
It felt like the l-o-n-g-e-s-t ride

We got to the hospital and waited
The Doctor came out and said it was a BAD break
I got three PINS in my arm
 During the long surgery

 I was so scared
After 3 days in the hospital
I f-i-n-a-l-l-y got to come home
 I still wasn’t better

When my mom received the doctor bill she said,
“No more jumping on tramps! I mean it!!!”
