The Wilderness
the solitary wolf,
supposedly a magestic creature,
walks alone -
strong, independent,
a self-fulfilling prophecy,
especially whens she finds herself in the forest,
grateful to be alone,
able to choose her own path,
to admire her surroundings,
to form her own thoughts and opinions and emotions,
to become an individual
unique from her distant kin,
to be molded like clay by her environment,
free from the others' scrutiny,
to find purpose in her humble existance
and to make purpose where there isn't any.
But what happens when the
graceful
and resiliant
beast becomes too lonesome?
I search for a new life metaphor,
that's what happens.
