A wise girl kisses, but doesn't love. Listens, but doesn't believe. And leaves before she is left.

Holding the truth in the palm of her hand
She didn't believe it, nor understand
Then realization came swift as a bird
She let out a scream that no one has heard
For days and days she couldn't talk
She looked at the wall as if she's in shock
The evidence lay on the ground down the hall
She let out a cry, and took her last fall.
Weeks went by and no one could care
Nobody noticed her body not there
The rotting smell getting more foul by the hour
People wondered why the air was so sour
Searching and searching for the rest of the day,
There lay the body of Emily Gray.

I wrote this poem because of reality. People don't realize, but this happens to people. Maybe not exactly how the poem portrays, but suicide is a major problem.
