A Child's Dream
A Child’s Dream is a seed
A seed, which is nurtured and cared for
A seed, which as the potential to become a big oak tree
A seed, which gradually becomes a stem;
And soon that stem grows and grows and grows.
And becomes a small trunk
Then that trunk grows and elongates and grows branches
And soon those branches grow smaller branches
And then those smaller branches leaves
And before you know it, you realize
That seed is a big oak tree.
A Child’s Dream is seed,
Never stopping,
Always growing and changing,
Never losing hope or faith.
A thing of eternal beauty.
