Random Thoughts About Myself on a Sunday Afternoon.
My name is Ann Casey.
I don't got by the name of lacy.
If I haven't made that fairly clear,
You've obviously never met me, dear.
In my dreams, raindrops fall on my head.
Maybe because I have polka dots on my bedspread.
For a pet, I'd like a baby duck.
Preferably nothing making a cluck.
My friends once quoted a song,
Though it wasn't very long:
"You think that this is funny?
I think that you're a dummy."
So you wanna play games?
Well you better not live on the river Thames.
I don't live there.
I guess I could hang out with a bear.
Since you live so far away,
No games can we play today.
So you've met me,
Not some old woman in a tree.
