Favorite Quote:
My favorite quote is too long to fit on here, but basically life doesn't have a purpose unless you let it.

Piercing my skin with a blade
As a bead of blood collects on my inner thigh
I let out a sigh of relief as my pain is swept away
Now I wait for the next memory of my past to consume my mind

The author's comments:
This poem explains what cutting is, and a reason as to why some do it. In this case because their past has become overwhelming.
