As the cover of darkness fell
The arena looked like a coliseum.
As I descended down into the arena,
I heard the gut wrenching, earsplitting,
Rhythmic chants of the crowds.
The contest of 3-point swishes and the
Backboard shattering dunks eventually,
came down to the last second. The gladiator
Like players yearned to score the winning
basket. 3…2…1…uuuurrrrgggg!!!
Suddenly it was all over.
