When I was a little girl,
I always thought that life was just a fairytale
I always thought that nothing can go wrong
And everything ended in happy endings

As I started to grow up
I started to see and realize that life isn’t a fairytale
And life is never about happy endings

Its not about finding the perfect prince
to stay with your entire life
or about making sure everything is perfect

Nothing that happens in fairytales
Actually happens in real life
There is always a twist
Life is testing all of the feelings you never knew you had

Life isn’t like a game.
It’s the complete opposite
You make one wrong turn
And your whole life gets effected

I have made a lot of wrong choices
But, I know for a fact
That loving you was one of the best choices I have ever made

As soon as a I saw you

I remember having butterflies in my stomach
And I knew you were something special

You were always so nice to me
Something about you was special
Almost like magic

Maybe fairytales are real
And happy endings
