Moose Hunting

The long boat rides,
The cackling birds,
The wind in your face.
Sunrises, sunsets, stars.
The moose’s, the gooses.
The joy of hunting.
When you see your target,
The adrenaline rush,
The ‘boom’ of the gun.
And the ‘phsss’ after.
And the “We did it feeling”,
When you caught your target.
