Beauty's Death
The skies blue,
the grass green,
the time of this beauty is coming to a close,
and there is nothing we can do.
The oldest among us soon to die,
will leave this world in sorrow.
For the knowlege of beauty of the mind, heart, and earth,
will die with them.
The only way to avert this tragedy,
is to listen with open mids and hearts,
to the elders of our great race,
and hope they have the strength and will,
to impart their knowlege and wisdom to the young,
and then we, the young must apply this knowlege,
to everything we do and say.
This is the only way the beauty of times past will be saved.
