in this world things are strange
it seems ideals were rearranged
cause what I thought to be true
isn’t the same thing to you,
friends should be made to stay
together until the final day
but this is one thing I don’t get
cause friendships often end in regret
like them, love them,
kiss them, hug them,
this is how things should be
hit them, break them,
forget to take them,
this is all I happen to see
so if you have that special friend
and you don’t know what to do
talk to them about how you feel
who knows, they may love you.
