Your Old Lego Castle
You build me up like a Lego castle, taking your time to get perfection. Piece by piece. Wink by wink. Word by word. You build me up taller and stronger than I have ever felt before. You are proud of your work, show your friends take it in for show and tell. As amazing new thoughts of rocket ships and radios fill your head you soon get bored. And before mamma can even pull out the Polaroid you pick and kick the castle apart until no one can even appreciate what the pretty piece had once been. A few weeks will pass and you will realize that once again you want to have the castle back. Try and try all you can but Im sorry honey, that castle wont look the same and fall under your blows again.
