Nothing much, just dying.

I was drowning.
I was drowning in a room with other people,
Laughing, and drinking their tea,
While I was unable to breathe, slowly dying.
I waved my hands, I needed help.
I gagged, and stomped my foot on the ground,
But you all were too busy sipping your chamomile.
Or maybe it’s because you didn’t want to get my saliva or blood on your
Beautiful lace garments.
Finally someone looks over,
But it was too late.
“Does she have a pulse”
Nope.
Nothing.
Dead.
And anyone could have stopped it if they wanted to.
But they were too selfish.
To caught up in their damn tea party.
