The Seasons

The rays of sunlight meeting my face
Boiling, warm weather approaches
Birds soaring high above me
Hotter, Warmer, Humid
Approaches for 3 months

The wind's loud call
Red, orange, browns and greens
Leaves slowly drifting from the trees
They rest and die

Sleet and Snow
Covered, in tiny crystals
Falling out of the sky
Soft and thick it lies
Covering up the soft green

Raindrops plunge
From the gloomy sky
The wind flows through branches
Roaring thunder
Sleek jagged lines of lighting
Blooming flowers
Pink, blue, yellow and white
The Seasons
Always changing
