The Darkness surrounds me.
I look around but I think I’ll just let it be.

To get up and walk away,
Isn’t as easy as they say.

I sit here thinking, thinking that’d
it be easier if only you were here.
I just needed somebody to make
the darkness keep clear!

I open my eyes, you’re not there.
that happened quick. That happened fast.
I was really hoping that we would last.

The Darkness opens the door.
The Darkness just wants to
stay one night more.

I start to run.
I can’t handle
it much longer I must
find the sun!

I see you over there.
I keep my eyes on you,
but the question is… do I dare?
