My heart is in Zion, blatently not here.
My heart is in Zion, petting a deer,
Petting the deer and chasing the lamb-
My heart is in Zion, wherever I am!

Salutations to the ebullient skies,
Salutations to all the natural highs,
Salutations to the Narrows and its adventurous glee,
Salutations to Angel’s Landing where I once used to be!

My heart is in Zion, blatently not here.
My heart is in Zion, petting a deer,
Petting the deer and chasing the lamb-
My heart is in Zion, wherever I am!
